On-line Abstract Submission

The abstract submission date has passed.
Any new abstracts submitted may not be considered.

Once you create a submitter account, you can enter or view your abstracts. You may submit several abstracts from one submitter account or only a single one. Abstracts are stored in a database, so you don't have to complete the abstract all at once. Once your abstract is complete it can be submitted from the abstract viewing page - a submit button will appear at the bottom of that page when no errors are found in the abstract.

Errror checking includes:

one author must be selected as the presenting author
one author must be selected as corresponding author and that author's email address must be supplied
each reference listed for the abstract must be cited in the abstract. If you have 2 references, they must be cited in the abstract - so (1) and (2) must be present in the abstract.

Abstracts submitted for review cannot be edited.

Once the abstract has been accepted, you will need to enter the presenting author's biographical information by August 1^st. You will also be able to adjust the author information. Your powerpoint presentation must be submitted by August 15^th.
